House Rules

The following rules apply to all attending our courses and exams.

• Electronic Devices: During lessons, mobile phones and other electronic devices must be set to silent. Their use is only permitted with the explicit permission of the respective teacher.

• Recordings and Photos: Audio, image, or video recordings of lessons, as well as photographing board diagrams or teaching materials, are only permitted with the prior explicit consent of the teacher and all recognizable persons.

• Substances and Smoking: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol, cannabis, or other intoxicants are prohibited during class time and within the premises of the school. Smoking breaks may only take place outside the school building during the breaks designated by the teacher. Visibly intoxicated or otherwise impaired persons may be excluded from class and ordered to leave the premises.

• Conduct: Any form of insult, discrimination, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or defamatory behavior toward other persons is prohibited within the school.

• Illness: Persons with contagious diseases or corresponding symptoms of illness may not enter the school until the risk of infection has ceased.

• Weapons: Carrying weapons or dangerous objects, including pocket knives and pepper spray, is prohibited on the premises of the school.

• Instructions and Safety: Instructions from teaching and office staff, as well as applicable fire safety and security regulations, must be followed at all times.

• Property and Liability: The facilities, especially the windows, furniture, teaching materials, and technical equipment of the school must be treated with care. The person responsible is liable for any damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence in accordance with statutory regulations.The school accepts no liability for personal belongings.

• Cleanliness: Classrooms must be left clean. Waste must be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose.

• Punctuality: Course participants are requested to arrive on time for class to ensure a disruption-free teaching process.

• Violations: In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, the school reserves the right to exclude participants from lessons and to extraordinarily terminate the school contract for cause. Further legal claims, in particular claims for damages, remain unaffected.
