DAAD Test (online)
The DAAD test checks all the language skills (reading comprehension, writing, speaking and listening comprehension). These four skills are individually assigned to the appropriate level (A1, A2, B1, B2 or C1) based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the results are entered on the DAAD language certificate form.
For the DAAD test you have to submit an English-language Letter of Motivation which serves as evidence for the written part of the test. During a short conversation with the examiner, listening comprehension and speaking are evaluated. Reading comprehension is tested with a short text.
- The test currently takes place online (Zoom).
- You will receive the signed proof of language proficiency by post, earliest 2 working days after the test.
