Versatile exams for adults and children covering general topics. Many of these certificates are accepted for university entry requirements and all of them are valid for life. Below you will also find a compilation of certificates that are recognized in business as proof of your English language skills.

    Paper-based exams

    Pencil and paper exams run by professionals with years of experience.  Speaking exams are conducted live by certified examiners who guide you through the exam so you can perform at your best in a natural human interaction, not with awkward headsets.

    Computer-based exams

    Computer-based exams offer additional flexibility and faster results. Written components are completed on computers, but speaking exams are still conducted with live examiners. Please note that computer-based exams should always be taken at our test centre and cannot be taken remotely. Further information can be found here.

    C2 Proficiency (CPE)

    A Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) qualification shows the world that you have mastered English at an exceptional level. It proves you can communicate with the fluency and sophistication of a highly competent English speaker. This is a level C2 exam.

    C1 Advanced (CAE)

    Thousands of educational institutions, businesses and governmental departments around the world accept Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) as proof of high-level English language skills. This is a level C1 exam.

    B2 First (FCE)

    A First (FCE) certificate proves you have the language skills to live, work and study independently in an English-speaking. This is a B2 level exam.

    A2 Key (KET)

    A Cambridge English: Key (KET) qualification is proof of your ability to use English to communicate in simple situations. This exam is at the A2 level.
