Upon registration a registration confirmation will be sent to the respective course candidate.
Deposit
After receiving the confirmation an advance payment/administration fee of EUR 200,- is required for enrolment in all courses. This amount will be deducted from the course fees. If you want us to reserve accommodation, the following payment has to accompany your booking:
Residence Accommodation: placement charge of EUR 60
Homestay Accommodation: advance payment of EUR 300
Final Payment
All payments must be received by the AGI at the latest three weeks before the course begins. If payment is not received when due, AGI reserves the right to offer the place elsewhere.

Cancellations
If you cancel your course more than two weeks before starting date, the cancellation fee is EUR 200,-. If you cancel your course less than two weeks before the starting date, you will be debited with half the course fee (50%). Cancellations due to sickness must be supported by a doctor`s certificate. If you cancel the course after the starting date, the full course fee will be charged. We recommend written cancellation of enrolment on behalf of the candidate.
The course participant is explicitly allowed to prove that the due sum in his case needs to be significantly lower than the confirmation fee determined by AGI.
Holidays/Absences
If classes are not held due to a legal holiday, no refund can be made. Missed classes are also not refundable.
Group Sizes
In the event that there are less than five students in one class the school reserves the right to adjust the number of lessons per week.
Insurance / Liability
Students are not covered by health, accident or liability insurance by the Institute or host family. You are advised to take out a fully comprehensive insurance which includes cancellation cover to safeguard your fees.
