The Cambridge Examinations are internationally recognised and are accepted as proof of qualified knowledge by colleges, universities, companies and most institutions.
The Certificate in Advanced English and the Certificate of Proficiency in English are usually the linguistic entrance requirement for a course of studies in the English language. In the case of an MBA the Business English Certificate Higher, which has the same standard as the Certificate in Advanced English, would be the obvious choice.
With regards to acceptance, however, it is advisable to make enquiries at the favoured college, university, company or institution in good time.
Testing of the four fundamental linguistic abilities form the core of every Cambridge examination:
- reading
- writing
- auditory
- speaking
